My fascination with negotiation started during my MBA at IESE in Barcelona, some 30 years ago. To me it was one of the most interesting subjects, after all, you negotiate with yourself and with others on a daily basis, both in business and in your private life.

Since then I have gained an enormous amount of experience in negotiations as a mediator, entrepreneur, investor, employee, supervisor, advisor, mentor, director and mother. I have seen and experienced conflicts in all these roles.

And many of these conflicts could have been avoided.
