Together with my colleagues form Partner Mediation we assist parties in solving business conflicts. Either in the case of latent conflicts, which is often referred to as pre-mediation, or when a conflict is escalating, whether or not legalized.

HOW

As a mediator, I facilitate the conversation, the search for solutions, the negotiations and getting to an agreement. This way, better and more sustainable solutions can often be found. Being a mediator is a creative profession, in which really listening and asking the right questions is crucial.

The mediation starts with individual intake interviews, followed by a number of joint discussions in which the concerns and interests of each party become clear. Then, possible solutions are explored and negotiated in order to reach an agreement between parties.
